How do I apply my offer after receiving an abandoned cart email

If you've received an email for your recently abandoned cart, you will be able to apply a discount at checkout for each store if they sellers have provided one. 

To see if you're eligible, in your email under the store name it will say "Get 10% off when you checkout" or similar depending on the percentage offered. Alternatively if you login to and go to the checkout you will see the same message as the email for each store. 

Ex: The seller has offered a 10% discount to the customer which can optionally be applied.

How to apply the discount?

  • Find a store in your trolley
  • Click the tick box next to Apply to get [percentage]% off
  • You should see that your voucher has now been applied under the voucher code section and on the order summary on the right hand side.

What happens if I already have a voucher applied?

If you already have a voucher applied, it will will remove this and replace it with the abandoned cart voucher

Can I have more than 1 voucher at a time?

No, you can only use 1 voucher per shop per order.

I don't have an account, and my trolley is no longer showing?

If you don't have an account but have still received an email and your trolley is no longer showing, fear not, simply register for an account with the email it was sent to and your trolley will be available again for you to checkout, so long as your cart is still empty.

How long after receiving the email can I apply the discount?

You can use the abandoned cart offers for up to 3 days after you've abandoned a trolley so there is plenty of time to make a decision.

What happens if start a new trolley when I'm logged out?

If you choose to start your trolley again then login to your account it will overwrite your existing trolley and you will lose your offer code.
