- Sign into flupio.com and go to your account
- Go to Orders
- Click View on the order you're having an issue with
- Next click Help with Order
- Click Submit Help Request
The seller can usually answer any questions about your order, but if the seller is unable to help you will need to open a support ticket with Flupio in order to get any further assistance
