Get help with an order

If you have an issue with an order you've placed the best way to get help is to message the seller, the seller can help you with a range of issues such as:

  • Checking your order status
  • Updating your delivery address
  • Requesting a refund, return or exchange
  • Requesting a cancellation

To help you get to your order

  1. Sign into and go to your account
  2. Go to Orders
  3. Click View on the order you're having an issue with
  4. Next click Help with Order
  5. Click Submit Help Request

The seller can usually answer any questions about your order, but if the seller is unable to help you will need to open a support ticket with Flupio in order to get any further assistance
